Lara Lyko
Creative Director & Founder
Lara Lyko is a creative director and digital experience leader who helps mission-driven organizations translate complexity into clarity through thoughtful design, cohesive systems, and deeply human digital experiences.
Her background is literary before it is technical. A foundation in English literature and women's studies informs her sensitivity to language, power, and narrative — shaping her commitment to design that is trauma-aware, inclusive, and bias-conscious. Her formal training in graphic and web design grounds that orientation in strong visual systems and executional discipline.
She is particularly drawn to projects at the intersection of education, health, culture, and transformation, where design isn't surface, but structure. Her work is characterized by depth of relationship. She doesn't come in to deliver a project and leave. She learns the organization, carries its history, and stays diligent in stewarding what gets built together.
"As creatives, we have a responsibility to hold space for voices that need to be heard. Our job is to protect these stories, evolve them, and make them more visible without losing what makes them true."
